Brook Medical Centre virtual Patient Reference Group (vPRG)

With the launch of our new website we formed a ‘virtual’ patient group.

We currently have a small core group of twenty-three patients who have given their views about the types and content of surveys that the Practice have conducted. We hope this will develop into a Patient Reference Group for Brook Medical Centre which will comment on how the practice is doing and to help identify areas for improvement.

One way we can do this is via the internet. We realise that it can be difficult to attend meetings, so we hope that by having a ‘virtual’ Patient Reference Group patients will feel able to be involved.

In this way we also hope to obtain the views of a broader representation of our practice population, including young adults and people who work who may not be able to attend meetings but are happy to comment via e-mail.

If you are interested in joining the Group go to the PRG Sign Up Form tab to register your interest.

We will be posting any developments about the Group in this section.

Please contact Alyson Turner (Practice Manager) or Kari Limond (Clinical Governance) if you are interested in finding out more.

If you wish to participate please contact the Practice or complete the online form by clicking on the button shown below;

OR: if you prefer, you can download the sign-up form below, print it out, fill it in, and post it to the Practice, put it through the letterbox, or hand it to a Receptionist.
