Special Facilities For Patients
- There are reserved parking spaces by the front door at the Bradeley site and the entrances to both Surgeries are suitable for all patients
- There are no steps and there are automatic electronic entrance doors
- All consulting rooms are on the ground floor level, allowing easy access
- Most rooms are suitable for disabled patients and wheelchair access
- Most are fitted with adjustable examination couches.
Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go. For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.
Language Line
We have access to a Language Line scheme for patients who do not speak English, but please bring an interpreter if possible as this should ensure an improved consultation for you.
Loop system

Blind/partially sighted
If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.

Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at the Practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs. Please visit the guide dog website for further information.
