World Cancer Day is a global campaign to unite the World and help us to recognise each others needs. Together we aim to fight cancer together
There are over 18 million people in the world diagnosed with cancer. 2 in 4 people in the UK survive cancer and have a life expectancy of over 10 years. However, this unfortunately is not the case in all Countries.
Just as every other year, world cancer day is designed to raise awareness of all different types of cancer and also the requirements of each Country. Their aim is to use our voices to help make everyone aware of Country-specific cancer prevention as well as aiming to improve their needs and resources
