Patients will become eligible automatically for the current wave of vaccinations if they are over 40+ years of age. Patients will be contacted in order of priority based on age, ethnicity and pre-existing health conditions. We will be contacting these patients and would ask if patients do not contact the surgery to book a COVID-19 Vaccination as they will be asked to wait until called when it is their turn. If you wish to be on a COVID-19 waiting list in case we have any extra or last minute stock please fill in an admin request HERE.
We are still waiting guidance on when we will be able to vaccinate patients under 40 years of age.
