Problems rarely come singly. Our advice looks at the whole of a person\'s situation and addresses the whole of the problem. Citizens Advice\'s uniquely holistic service enables us to address each of these issues, accessing specialist advice within the organisation where necessary, making referrals to external agencies where appropriate, but all offered under the umbrella of the area’s only genuine one-stop shop.

At Restart we are often the last line of hope for some individuals facing homelessness. We are proud of our unique commitment to taking on board clients that others may have deemed too challenging. If you or somebody you know are facing homelessness or leaving prison, you can make a direct referral for supported housing to our service. It can be done online in the strictest confidence.

We are the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless in England. We work to make services better and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness.
