Brook Medical Centre is happy to announce that we have a new phone system in place which went live in March 2022.
We have listened to patient feedback and have significantly invested in a state of the art cloud based telephone system for patients, colleagues and staff.
The new system aims to:
- Reduce waiting times
- Eliminate the engaged tone
- Stop calls being cut off without warning
- Allow patients to know where they are in the queue
- Provide useful data for the practice to improve our patient services
- Record all outbound and inbound calls for patient security and safety
- Improve access to patients
- Allow clinicians to contact patients more easily
Brook Medical Centre will also make our call volume data visible to patients as we aim to become more transparent in the future.
