Our New Phone System Is Live!

Brook Medical Centre is happy to announce that we have listened to patient feedback and have successfully launched our new cloud based telephony system in March 2022. The new system places patients in an automated queuing system, meaning you no longer get the engaged tone when dialling the practice. The new system allows our receptionists to handle calls faster, direct patients to appropriate services more easily, reduce waiting times and to allow more calls to be made per day. All of our calls are recorded for training, monitoring and safety purposes.
