Between 24th March and 30th March, the week aims to show solidarity with the LGBTQI community. It is a week to voice all women who come from marginalised communities to enforce power and celebrate.
Gay women are twice as likely to be out in the workplace then men.
The national campaign was established in 2008 in aim to support diversity.
