If you or someone you care about is struggling with the impact of drugs or alcohol then we’re here to help you. We offer support to adults, young people, carers, partners and families who live in Stoke-on-Trent to make a positive and sustainable change to their lives and the community they live in.

Some young people like to speak to a counsellor or well-being practitioner in person when they want help with things that are affecting the way that they are feeling.

Services include, C-Card, Contraception, HIV Testing, LGBT Stoke, Online Testing, Psychosexual Services, Sexual Assault Support.

Young Minds is leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever their challenges.

The Mix is the UK’s leading support service for young people. There to help young people take on any challenge they are facing – from mental health to money problems, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs. Talk to them online or by using their free, confidential helpline.

Like adults, young people (aged 16 or 17) are presumed to have sufficient capacity to decide on their own medical treatment, unless there's significant evidence to suggest otherwise.
