Need To Visit Us In Person? Here’s What To Do

Wherever possible please try to avoid coming to surgery in person and use other alternatives such as Online Services, NHS App, Online Consult, Visiting a Pharmacy, 111 or giving us a call.

If you need to visit the surgery or have booked an appointment then here’s what you need to do to keep yourself and others safe:

  • Wear a mask
  • Sanitise regularly
  • Maintain a 2 meter distance from other people
  • Follow the new procedures we have in place

If you do not have an appointment you will not be permitted to enter the waiting room or other facilities. You can however still drop off items such as samples via our Drop Off Point. We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation.

We have also made some changes to the way our Bradeley site will be running in response to COVID-19. You can find out what changes we have made down below.

  • Our new queueing system at Bradeley will allow you to drop off, pick up and visit us as safely as possible. The new system has been designed with patient safety as a priority.
  • Our waiting room is only open to patients with a planned appointment. If you require to visit the surgery for any other reason then please use the Drop Off Point.
  • We sanitise all patient areas every 15 minutes and after every patient to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
  • The new waiting room layout allows you to keep a safe distance between other patients and staff. Patients will no longer have to wait outside the surgery to been seen.
  • Sanitising stations have been installed throughout the surgery for your convenience
  • A new COVID-19 screening room has been set up to prevent patients who may have COVID-19 from entering the practice.
  • We have introduced a new Drop Off and Pick Up point so that you can easily drop off and collect items such as samples and letters.
